Need to see doc: In a healthy person a wound should not be open this long, if it is there is need for concern. You may have a resistant bacteria, you may have a deep infection. Any wound open that long may also need a biopsy to rule out a malignancy, like a skin cancer. Please consult a physician. A dermatologist is a good place to start.
