Prozac w/ wellbutrin (bupropion): Wellbutrin (bupropion) can be supplement to Prozac in depression with low energy. As long as the two are separated by at least 4-6 hours. Recommend Prozac in morning with bf and wellbutrin (bupropion) with lunch.

Treatment Decision: This decision has to do with why wellbutrin (bupropion) is being started. If a person is receiving partial benefit with prozac, the wellbutrin (bupropion) may be added to Prozac to try to get additional benefit. If Prozac has not been helpful, or if there have been undesirable side effects, then it is more appropriate to stop Prozac and try wellbutrin (bupropion) alone.
