Depends: Prozac (fluoxetine) and mirtazpine are actually very similar medications in terms of mechanism of action. Medication combinations will affect each patient a bit differently. They are definitely safe to use together under the guidance of physician. If they are helping you feel better then I would say they are a great combo! :)
