Not unusual: Combining two antidepressants to address symptoms is not unusual, especially if they have different mechanisms of action that influence each other synergistically. However, the timing of medication can affect impact of potential side effects. Recommend discussing any concerns with taking more than one medication for your particular condition with your doctor. Hope this is helpful. All the best.

For Some: Anti-anxiety medications have their positives and negatives. The most commonly used are the benzodiazepine class. They may not be indicated and usually not idicated for long term use as they can cause rebound insomnia (insomnia that comes back after you have stopped). Under the care of a specialist however, cbt can be used with medications.

Can you develop insomnia on your own if you change your sleeping habits and stay up all the time?

Sleep Hygiene: Our body likes routine, stability. If you change that by staying up, you will experience sleep disturbances. To get back on track, create a bed time routine -- warm showers, room should be on a slightly cooler side; no tv, no computer. Learn relaxation exercises to help put your body in a "i'm sleepy mode" :). Don't use your bedroom as your office.

Possibly: Feeling depressed at a certain time of the year may be related to allergies in the air during that time which could also interfere with sleep. It is important to find the cause of the depressed feelings rather than just cover symptoms with drugs.

Cocaine: Doing Cocaine is an extremely dangerous thing to do. Better you go to professionals and find out why you are so destructive to yourself, before something terrible happens to you.
