I fear i had a silent heart attack 6-7 years ago. if i did would it show in my ecocardiogram or holter test? if not how can i find out?

It may: Ekg changes can show - suggest prior or current heart attack. Q waves are residua. Holster is an ekg of limited leads but with multiple hours and could show Q waves or st abnormalities. Echocardiogram may have ekg as a part and may show dysfunctional areas suggestive of prior damage- heart attack.

No need: If you have no symptoms you don't need to do anything unless you are a severe diabetic. I f you have chest discomfort or shortness of breath then you need those tests. Simple ECG at rest will show whether you had a significant heart attack.
