No: holter monitor shows the electrical rhythm at any given time. It is not predictive of occlusive coronary artery disease. The echocardiogram reveals function of the ventricles and valvular function. When the LV function is normal it is predictive of a good prognosis. However it does not predict heart attacks.

No: a holter monitor is typically done to evaluate rhythm disturbances and a resting echo is done to evaluate structure and function. If u had a stress echo, then CAD was evaluated, otherwise the tests u had do not evaluate heart attack risk
