Random dizziness: While dizziness can be related to the heart, even with a totally normal workup of the heart, you could be having an arrhythmia, which might go undetected on a Holter or other tests. It appears that you have had a pretty good heart work up. At this point, with persistent symptoms, you might consider some neurologic tests or inner ear tests. This can be a difficult work up, so please be patient.
