At night sometimes when im lying back on my bed or lying down i can feel my heart beat. not fast just regular beats. i had stress test, echocardiogram, holter monitor last year. everythings fine. i have rare pacs & pvcs. ive been stressed lately?

Just a good history and examination would have given you the same reassurance as the multiple tests. Always good to remember that history and clinical findings are the bedrock of medicine.
