18yo f diagnosis bilateral talus ocd 5yr ago. nonopp tx, 2 excision&curettage, 2 bone graphs, are there tests to say why it doesn't work?/ what do i do now?

Difficult: This is a tough problem to treat (there are no tests that i know of - it's just a tough problem to treat) and ultimately it may come down to trying to live/deal with the pain as much as possible vs more drastic surgery such as an ankle fusion. Ankle replacement surgery could be an option as well. Discuss further surgical treatment with your doctor and consider a 2nd or 3rd opinion.
