I think so: I do believe passive and active range of motion help to heal those lesion, i would not advise running tell we get the symptoms down and stop that achy feeling. Good luck.

Yes: If your ocd lesion is not healed by either immobilization or surgery, then the fragment of bone which is partially or fully dislodged, could continue to become more compressed, causing further cartilage injury.

Possibly: There are several ways to treat an ocd lesion of the talus. If it is not displaced stage 1 consider an injection of either platelet rich plasma, or amniotic membrane and fluid if stage 2 + then consider ankle arthroscopy, with microfracture of the lesion, adding in prp or amniotic membrane and fluid or both there are other options but space does not allow for a more indepth answer.
