I have sle from years ago, i observed that i have white geographic tounge 3 months ago it is not candida, not rubbed of , how to deal with it ?

May not need to: If your tongue is asymptomatic then you may not have to do anything. Sle may cause the appearance in your tongue now, but geographic is a normal condition. Not all candida infections rub off so you may need to see a dentist or oral surgeon to be absolutely sure.

Perhaps nothing: If not causing a problem and no other evidence for active lupus, treatment probably not needed.

There are many white bumps at the very back of my tongue Ive had for several months, maybe years. Occasionally a strep throat type feeling flares up and lasts 2 or 3 days. Is this likely oral thrush? Could it stem from gut issues? Candida?
