Thrush: Hey coated white tongue that can be brushed with a toothbrush is most likely a yeast infection that can be treated with an oral antifungal mouthwash or with an oral antifungal drugs however if it is recurring then further work that needs to be done to ensure you do not have an underlying immune compromised condition
