Unexplained pain: Hi, i would love to help you but not knowing what types of doctors you have seen, what tests have been performed and your complete medical and dental history makes it impossible to try to help over the internet. If i were in your position and have already seen well respected primary care physician, ent, oral surgeon, neurologist with no success, my next step would be the closest teaching hospital.
