Possibilities: There many possibilities. Your pain may be caused by a tooth that is accessed or fractured. You may have periodontal disease. You may be clenching your teeth at night. You could have a sinus infection. There are other possibilities, but these are the most likely. You need to see a dentist for the right diagnosis and treatment.

It's very simple: You need to see a dentist as soon as possible in order to determine the cause of your pain and then receive the appropriate treatment. First make the appointment and then take some otc pain medication such as advil, motrin, aleve (naproxen) or what you would normally take for a headache. Feel better soon.
