Worry about stomach cancer at my age, race and gender? i usually have constipation and pellet like stools no trouble eating tho. no fam history.

Irritable Bowel: Cancer is the last thing to worry about here. That does not mean you don't have a medical condition. But, it sounds like a form or irritable bowels or possibly chrohn's disease. It could be something milder like a food allergy. It sounds like it is time to see a gastroenterologist to find out.

Not to worry.: You should be reassured that stomach cancer would be a rare diagnosis at your age. The constipation can be managed by dietary change and possibly drinking more water.
