I occasionally get thin stools that stay for a month or so. idon't have colon cancer. are there any natural ways to relieve thin stools and constipation?

Diet changes: I assume that when you say "no colon cancer", that you have been checked out by a physician. If so, you just need to eat more fiber (either from fruit and vegetables, or from powdered fiber like metamucil), drink more water and walk more. You need to regulate your bowel movements.

High fiber diet: Eat better, avoid junk food (burgers, pizza, hot dogs, french fries, etc). Eat less white bread, white rice & pasta. Drink more water. Eat more fruits & vegetables. Add metamucil twice a day. Be active & exercise.

More fiber in diet: If you suffer from constipation, a great natural way to have regular and normal bms is to increase the fiber in your diet and to drink lots water. You can do it by eating foods high in fiber or taking in daily fiber in preparations such as metamucil.
