My age is 20 & diet is very low in fibre & high in fat.i am experiencing persistent change in my bowel habit including diarhea or constipation followed by thin stool & i have feeling that i can't empty my bowel sometime.is it a sign of bowel cancer?

Iis there any family members with the diagnosis of colon cancer or Lynch syndrome. Your symptoms are not typical for cancer but if one has to make sure it is not cancer, go to your doctor who will get stool test and if needed endoscopy. You know the problem but not solving, Change to healthy diet, many of these symptoms may disappear. Hope it helps.

No. You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.
