I am 26. i have ribbon like stool and often suffer from constipation and gas. rarely my stool is hard. could it be colon cancer?

Unlikely: Although colon cancer would be lower on the list it would not be zero. Other causes for ribbon stools would be polyp , stenosis. inflammatory bowel disease or IBS. No matter what it is not normal and a specific sign. You should be seen by your regular provider or a GI specialist or general surgeon.
