Is nexium (esomeprazole) a better healer than prilosic?

Powerful Antacids: When Prilosec went generic the company that made Prilosec came out with the "new and improved" nexium (esomeprazole). The reality is that pharmaceutical companies commony tout their new meds as better than the older ones (sometimes they are). In this case it depends on the individual. I personally am not a big fan of this class of meds for many reasons. But to answer your question not a big difference.
