Depends: Are you pro, amateur, or just recreational? A pro martial artist, such as a ufc fighter will most likely engage in intense anaerobic and aerobic exercises. Lots of good quality protein and good quality carbs, low fat. Amateur, same thing but not as strict. Recreational? I think if you keep a generally healthy diet, it won't matter. You don't need super high protein, or high calories. Healthy!
