Mediterranean diet: Mediterranean diet is only one that has solid research demonstrating benefit. Plus there's no commercial benefit or conflict of interest. Lots of variations given number of cultures & ethnicities surrounding that body of water. Basically eat lots of non-starchy vegetables, chicken & fish, nuts, olive oil, wine in moderation.
