Low fat, low sugar: The best diet for martial arts or any sport that requires speed and agility, is one that is going to help you to lose wt, without losing energy. If you want to reduce wt, i usually advise a low fat/ low sugar diet, with lots of vegetables, whole grains, and avoid refined sugar. The important thing is to be patient and stick with the exercise and diet! congratulations are your endeavor to train!
