Listen & support her: Fibromyalgia is very challenging to patients and those who care for them. The best thing you can do is listen to her and support her. Acknowledge that you believe she really has the symptoms she complains of and do what you can to help by encouraging her to be more active and spending time with her when she feels poorly. Become educated about fibromyalgia and offer suggestions to help.
