Fibromyalgia is: difficult to diagnose and treat. Some people report relief with a natural product called Dipsacus. Like many such products it uses alcohol to extract it from the plant. If that is an issue, there is a powdered formula called Xu Duan. Some use this for Lyme also. It is thought to kill the spirochete. Peace and good health.

Yes,but...: ? if fibromyalgia (FM) can "go away". Yes, if the patient makes correct efforts related to certain lifestyles. Cause of FM "officially unknown". Clinical data supports that FM is multifactorial & treatments are multimodal. Patient efforts at muscle reconditioning via aquatherapy, massage, gentle yoga, medicinal cannabis, weight loss, & mindfulness therapies provide best potential for a cure.
