Control only: No known cure to fully eradicate, but several medications are quite helpful to control the symptoms. Best success with lyrica, savella, (milnacipran) cymbalta. Non-medication approaches involve exercise, stress management, and healthy diet.

Regretably no: Unfortunately it is difficult to treat something we don't fuly understand. See a pmr specialist or rheumatologist who can diagnose and direct care with sleep changes excercize pt and try the several available medications.
