How you help fibromyalgia itch?

Several options: Cold packs may be helpful. The cold numbs the nerve receptors. Also moisturize your skin well. Dry skin will make your itching worse. Capsaicin has been used by patients with fibromyalgia. It is available over the counter and as a prescription. Pain relivers such as tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen may also be helpful.

Not related: Itching is not a component of fibromyalgia. Look for other causes.
