Yes: You can eat. You may have less pain now that the accessed popped but you still have the infection. It still needs treatment. It is not a good thing to let this infection continue, your immune system is being overworked. See a dentist about this asap.

Yes but: You still need to see a dentist as soon as possible. You should be on antibiotics and have the cause of the infection resolved. Untreated infections can spread and may cause serious complications including death. Even if there is no pain or swelling, the infection can rear it's ugly head at any time.
