Not3days but2-4weeks: Yes you may experience flu like symptoms after 2to4 weeks, but you canj not diagnose HIV by symptoms.Hiv RNA test torns positive within 9 days after exposure or antibody test after 30 days in some and 97% positive in 3 months.

Not after 3 days: Typically HIV related flu like syndrome occurs about 3-4 weeks after the exposure but not 3 days after.
