Had 2 risky exposures 2 months ago (started with pep for the second one immediatelly), symptoms started 5 days after 1st exposure and continued over time until today. would hiv rna test catch the infection 7 weeks after exposure (3 weeks after pep)?

It is rare to have HIV symptoms while taking PEP drugs; probably you were not infected and something else is causing your symptoms. At this time, 3 weeks after last drug dose, a negative HIV test of any kind (antibody, 4th gen, RNA) would prove your symptoms are not due to HIV. Still, a final test will be needed 6 weeks after completing PEP to be sure you don't have asymptomatic HIV. Good luck.
