Any are ok unless: A severe enough curve may affect your breathing so that could limit your exercise tolerance. If there are degenerative changes leading to arthritis or spinal instabilities due to these changes may find certain twisting/rotation or high impact exercises not well tolerated. Weight lifting is ok as long as it does not hurt or may have to be modified as to lower weight & higher reps. Swimming is ok.
