What do the experts think, should my hammer toes get me discharged from the air force?

No: It is a deformity that can easily be fixed but does not cause disability.

Hammer toes are: Disqualifying for entry into the military. See standards: http://usmilitary.About.Com/od/joiningthemilitary/a/extremities2.Htm. However since you are in the military that is another matter. If you have symptoms that prevent you from performing your duties - see an orthopedic surgeron or a podiatrist. For assistance.
