You have an infection. Seek medical care immediately to prevent bone infection. Oral antibiotic is needed. Until then soak n vinegar water apply topical antibiotic

Neither pus not blood coming out of any organ or body component is normal. It would be prudent to see a doctor or a podiatrist to get the infection and injury treated. Wish you good health!
