Dressings: Wounds are going to drain. Typically normal drainage is clear to an amber color and a thin fluid. If the drainage is thick and opaque or more solid colored then you may be developing an infection. Check with your doctor or go to a wound center.

Call your doctor/ ER: This should be evaluated professionally. Call your doctor: primary care or podiatrist and have it evaluated asap. If you have any redness, swelling, odor or increased pain, do not delay. Delay can lead to serious complications.
