Granulation tissue: Your gum at this stage underwent granulation process, i.e. Tissue growing in size (hypertrophy) or in multiply cells (hyperplasia) or combination (gingival overgrowth) and most of a time due to chronic irritation or inflammation. Moreover, dilantine therapy in treating seizure will cause gingival overgrowth especially with poor oh. Consult with your dentist. A good cleaning may solve everything.
