Wisdom teeth: Sounds like periocoronitis( best diagnosed by your dentist/oral surgeon), thats inflammation of the gum that over grows the wisdom tooth. Id contact your dentist/ oral surgeon now, as you may need an antibiotic or removal sooner than later.
