Possible infection: The inflammation and chills may be an indication of an infection. Go back to your dentist to have the area evaluated.

Return: Return to your Treating Dentist or Oral Surgeon to rule out infection, assess healing, and to make sure everything's OK. Take your temperature a t 4 hour intervals and record your findings to show to the Dentist.
