Can you use it? Yes. Will it help? No. Most common cause of toothache is deep cavity (infection) that requires serious treatment. Sounds liken you may have both tooth and gum damage. OTC's, salves, computer clicks, pills, mouthwash's, and snake oil will NOT cure. You need professional help (button I'm sure you already know that). Please see Dentist beforenyour chronic problems become acute.

Peridex may help, but your issues may not just be limited to inflamed gingiva. You're asking for advice to treat an issue that cannot be diagnosed over the internet, sight unseen. See your local dentist for a proper diagnosis and treatment to resolve your issues.
