It sounds like this: Is confusing to you. Sorry, i don't know what "psc" is. A lot of women are afraid to be angry. Anger is in fact a normal emotion. Some people convert their anger into sadness (without their own awareness) because it some how feels safer to them. That can contribute to the development of depression. So, the next step is being able to tolerate & own your anger. A therapist can help if needed.
