If : If i may translate your question to one asking if you are emotionally troubled, i would answer that from the list of symptoms you describe experiencing, the answer certainly would be yes. What is even more significant is that from the list of symptoms i believe a good history and physical examination, including appropriate lab work work, followed by an evaluation from a psychiatrist, would result in treatment that has a very high probability of relieving you of such emotional difficulties. There really is no need for you to continue in the distress you must be experiencing when very good treatment options are available once the proper diagnosis has been made.
