Anger can be: used in a positive or negative way. We all get angry. Yes, anger can motivate us to constructive action and opting for that over sadness is healthy. People often have a mix of anger and depression. A mental health professional can help you develop strategies to become psychologically stronger. Peace and good health.

Real strength: We might agree that strength is the ability to deal with what life throws at you, so that we can accomplish meaningful life goals. Staying in a relationship with someone who makes you angry, or in a situation that makes you sad, without resolving the stuff isn't going to build you up. Only the strong can forgive, move on, find solutions, deal with stuff in an imperfect world.
