Anger & sadness: every day, especially if it interferes w/your functioning or comfort level, needs to be treated by a mental health professional. Someone who works a lot w/mood disorders would be good. Please don't think a pill is the only solution. Peace and good health. Start w/a visit to your doc to get a general physical w/blood work.
