What can cause abnormaly high liver test repeatedly for almost a year now. hepatitis testing came back negative. 30/f/ 121lbs. do not drink alcohol.

Consider biopsy: Make sure that you look at medications such as herbs, supplements, nsaids and avoid them to see if it helps. You should also have complete liver blood work done besides hepatitis panel as well as an ultrasound of your liver. If this comes back normal consider seeing a hepatologist and consider a biopsy for definitive answers.
