No: and am not sure how you know your spleen is enlarged. If you had some kind of scan or ultrasound, you need to be asking the doctor who ordered that test. The spleen does not enlarge in alcohol-related disease until the liver is very very sick (cirrhosis). Many things can cause splenic enlargement, and only your physician can figure it out with full history, examination and appropriate tests.
