Not a standard term: I'm very familiar with liposuction - whether it's standard, super-wet, tumescent, ultrasonic, power-assisted, laser-assisted, water-jet assisted, or whatever. But "liquid lipo" is a new one on me. Could be someone's marketing term.

Water jet?: Water jet liposuction is a technique where water is iinjected under pressure to loosen and remove fat with suction. Alternative liquid fat "melters" can be used to dissolve fat which is then absorbed into the body. This is also called mesotherapy.

Not Sure: Unfortunately for the “consumer”, there are many different terms used to describe the liposuction surgical procedures. Many of these procedures are simply marketing techniques used by different practitioners. Also, unfortunately there is minimal regulation involved when it comes to who can perform these procedures and the terminology employed etc. Patients need to do their own due diligence.

Water assisted: Water-assisted liposuction technique that produces smoother results with less pain, less trauma and less downtime compared to older methods. This non-surgical procedure uses the dynamic healing power of water to gently loosen fat cells and remove them without damaging those cells or the surrounding blood vessels and connective tissues.
