Proceed cautiously: 400 characters is not sufficient to provide you with adequate info about facial liposuction. In general, you should proceed with caution as the face has very vew localized fatty deposits and these are very close to the surfcae resulting in greater potential for visible irregularites. Currently the trend favors adding fat to the face rather than extracting it and causing a gaunt appearance.

Be careful: Liposuction of the face is not generally a good idea. It may apply for very localized fat deposits.

Many Resources.: I would suggest starting with the american society of plastic surgery and/or the aesthetic society of plastic surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons.
then, i would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices  concentrate him on aesthetic surgery. Ask  to see lots of examples of their work and preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures.

Yes.: Liposuction does permanently remove fat cells, however the remaining fat cells can increase in size if there is a weight gain. With aging there is usually a loss of fat in the face and with facelifts and facial procedures we combine fat transfer to the face. Therefore it is key to be cautious before removing fat in the face.
