Why are not all doctors familiar with subclinical hypothyroidism... when you have all the symptoms but tests are in normal range. its so common!

It is important to look at the entire picture: symptoms, all thyroid test including antibodies, other hormone levels as Progesterone days 16 - 20 after onset of menses, but also psychosocial issues - what else might be going on in ones life over the past weeks to months. So the bottom line is to go down a path that feels right for you.

Not real: Symptoms of low thyroid are extremely common in the population. Most people with these symptoms have no thyroid problem. When you say that normal is not normal, it means that there are no normal people in the world. Treating a normal person with a medication (including thyroid) that is not indicated is unethical, against the hippocratic oath, and outright dangerous.
