A member asked:

How can i get treated for subclinical hypothyroidism if labtests always show within normal values(near limits, but still w/symptoms)?doc won't treat it

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe not hypo: If the tests (including tsh) are normal, then you probably do not have hypothyroidism. That is not to deny your symptoms. Your doctor likely understands that your symptoms are real. But the sx of hypothyroidism are common to many conditions, and giving you thyroid hormone will not help.
