Hashimoto's: Hashimoto's disease can, and likely will, affect your thyroid gland with antibodies that high. If your thyroid hormone levels are normal and you do not have symptoms nothing might be needed for now. Unlikely.
You mention normal TSH but make mention of your thyroid hormones. Can you let me know what they are?
