Antiinflammatory: Although there is mixed feeling about these medications for arthritis pain, try fish oil and glucosamine. These supplements are not proven to help with arthritic knee pain, but some patients have tried them. Also, ice is the most underrated antiinflammatory medicine. Ice, cold packs, frozen pees, may help decreased inflammatory pain.
