Tylenol (acetaminophen): Both should work. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is not antiinflammatory. Aleve is.

Either: Would try tylenol (acetaminophen) first. If does not help the try aleve. Be aware that any overuse of either of these medications can have side effects. Best to discuss and be followed up by your pcp. If does not help may need injection.
